Privacy policy.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information The Rocker Feet Co. collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it to the minimum we need to sell you rocker feet and answer your questions.

Who we are

The Rocker Feet Co. is a trading name of MURX 3D Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC890799). MURX 3D Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

For anything to do with your data, email sales@therockerfeetco.com.

What we collect

  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your name, email address, what you tell us and anything you attach, such as a photo of your trainer.
  • Website orders. If you buy through our website, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered, so we can make and post your order and keep you updated.
  • Marketplace orders. If you buy from us on eBay, Etsy or TikTok Shop, that platform shares your name, delivery address and order details with us so we can make and post your order.
  • Website usage. Our website platform records basic information about visits, such as pages viewed, device type, browser and approximate location, to keep the site secure and show us how it is used.

We never see or store your full payment card details. Payments made on our website are processed securely by Stripe. Payments made on eBay, Etsy or TikTok Shop are handled entirely by those platforms.

How we use it, and our legal basis

  • To fulfil your order: making, packing and posting it, and dealing with returns or problems. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
  • To answer your questions and help you choose or fit the right rocker feet. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in helping customers.
  • To run and improve the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
  • To keep business and tax records. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We never sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We only share information with services that help us run the business, and only what they need:

  • Squarespace, which hosts our website and online shop
  • Stripe, which processes payments made on our website (it has its own privacy policy)
  • Our email provider, for messages you send us
  • eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop, where you place an order (each has its own privacy policy)
  • Royal Mail and other delivery companies, to get your order to you. For orders sent outside the UK, this includes their overseas delivery partners and the customs authorities in the destination country, who receive the details needed for the customs declaration
  • Our accountant, for bookkeeping and tax

Some of these providers, including Squarespace and Stripe, store data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

  • Emails and enquiries: up to two years after our last contact, unless they relate to an order.
  • Order and financial records: six years, as UK tax law requires.
