Undo the bolts with a 4mm allen key and pull the stock feet off. Keep them safe.

Slide the rocker feet on

Each foot is shaped for your model and slides straight over the leg. No bolts needed.

Add tennis balls and ride

Sit each foot on two tennis balls (not included). We recommend Chuckit! Ultra Medium.

Standard tennis balls, two per foot. We recommend Chuckit! Ultra Medium. A firmer ball gives less movement, a softer one more. Balls aren’t included.

Often not. About half our trainers need no tools at all: the feet slide or clip straight on, or the bike simply sits on top. The rest need the allen key or screwdriver that fits your trainer’s existing screws. Our fitting guide shows exactly what yours needs.
